When you join the waitlist we collect your email address. If you choose to, you may also add a phone number. We record your referral code, who referred you (if anyone), and basic, non-identifying usage data to keep the waitlist working and to detect abuse.

We use your information to operate the waitlist: to send the confirmation email, to count referrals, to tell you when your invite is ready, and to prevent fraud or gaming of the referral program. We only send marketing or product messages when you have opted in.

We text you only if you provide a number and opt in. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. We do not sell or share your phone number.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the waitlist (for example our email, SMS, and hosting providers), under contracts that limit their use of it, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We use a small number of cookies to remember your place in line and to attribute referrals when you arrive from a friend’s link. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We keep your information while the waitlist is active and while you remain on it. We delete it when it is no longer needed for these purposes, or sooner on request.

You can unsubscribe from emails or texts at any time. To access or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The waitlist is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
