Terms of Use
Using Vault Battles: the waitlist is free and access is not guaranteed, the referral program must be used honestly, and Vault Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store.
By joining the waitlist or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not join.
Vault Battles is a pre-launch product. Joining reserves a place in line for early access. Access is rolled out gradually and is not guaranteed by any particular date, or at all.
Joining the waitlist and referring friends is free, and we will never charge you to hold your spot. The waitlist is not a sweepstakes, contest, or giveaway, and no prizes, drawings, or cash awards are offered. (The app separately offers an optional paid subscription — see “Vault Premium Subscription” below.)
Your referral link is for genuine, personal sharing. You may not use bots, fake or duplicate accounts, spam, or paid placement to inflate referrals. We may void referrals or remove anyone who abuses the program, at our discretion.
Vault Battles offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Vault Premium, for $2.99 per month (USD; pricing in other regions may vary and is shown in the app before purchase). The subscription length is one month and renews monthly. Vault Premium unlocks unlimited battle decks, cloud sync, detailed stats, and card cosmetics. The app is free to use without subscribing, and core gameplay is unaffected. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and our Privacy Policy.
Vault Premium is sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same one-month term at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. We may change the subscription price with prior notice; any change applies to renewals after the notice period.
You can manage your subscription, turn off auto-renewal, or cancel at any time after purchase in your Apple ID account settings (on iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep premium access until then. Purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. You may also delete your account and its data at any time from the app’s Settings → Account → Delete account.
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. One place in line per person.
